Do Now-

  2. Use the prompt below to work on your own story or draw a picture of what you’re visualizing.

    I woke up to hear knocking on glass. At first, I thought it was the window until I heard it come from the mirror again.

  • Practice using the Boxes and Bullets on “The Black Hole” We’ll Watch This Twice.
  • Focus on- The Dark and Malevolent Side Of Life.

Boxes- “The Black Hole” explores the dark and malevolent side of life.

  • The black hole gives him the power to reach through walls, so the first thing he does is goes to steal candy.
  • The second thing he does is go try to rob the place of all the money.
  • Getting in stuck in the small safe, and even though there’s no blood, this is a gruesome end to the main character.

Practice- Main characters are people we might identify with OR/Mood is dark, foreboding, or menacing.
